We are happy to refund/exchange unwanted items returned within 7 working days, provided they are returned in their original condition, in which we will refund the amount (minus shipping costs). Please include a note stating your REASON FOR RETURN, EBAY USER NAME and ITEM CODE. • When returning an item, the buyer must keep proof of postage as they will need to claim on insurance should the item be lost/damaged en-route to us. • In the unlikely event of an item being returned due to an error on our part. the correct item will be dispatched upon arrival. • In order to claim back eBay fees for returned items, ‘unpaid item disputes’ may be opened which have NO adverse affect on the customer’s eBay account/status. The postage and packing charges +10% admin charges will not be refunded. In case of refunds the buyer have to pay revised postage charges for exchanges. • All payments must be made within 5 working days however if this is not possible please let us know to discuss solutions. If payment is not received within 7 days and customers fail to communicate with us then a non paying buyer dispute will be filed and negative feedback will be left. • We accept postal orders, and Paypal payment.
