If an order is returned to us after 7 days from receipt, then we'll refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. Always ask for a "Proof of Posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit. We recommend shoes are sent back by Recorded or Special Delivery.
