If you wish to make a return, you can do so by sending unworn/unused shoes along with your invoice to the address below within 30 days of the invoice date. We'll refund the delivery charge you originally paid on orders if the full order is returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order is returned to us after 7 days from receipt, then we'll refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Always ask for a "Proof of Posting certificate" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit. We recommend shoes are sent back by Recorded or Special Delivery.

We recommend you make a new purchase if the item is unsuitable as this is much quicker than exchanging. We can then simply refund the incorrect item. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund - usually within 7-10 working days.
We will refund you via PayPal. Returns are not accepted in OFFICE stores.
Please note you do NOT need to contact us to tell us you are returning your shoes.
Unfortunately, as all of our stock is listed on eBay we are currently unable to offer exchanges on returned items. Please send your goods back to us for a refund. If you want to buy a different size, colour, etc, please make a new purchase.
We regret returns can't be accepted in stores or concessions.
If we have made a mistake, please contact us via eBay messages so we can sort out the problem immediately.
If the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched we will be able to offer a refund for the product plus the cost of your return postage.
If you think we’ve sent you the wrong thing, please double check the full description of the item on the listing, including the UK size before returning the item to us. We can only reimburse postage / delivery costs where the item is faulty or if we’ve sent the wrong thing.
