How long after payment is made will my parcel be dispatched?
Parcels will only be dispatched once cleared payment has been received, which is usually immediate for PayPal payments and up to 3 business days for bank transfers. Payment made by PayPal echeque can take up to 10 business days to clear.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you combine items together for postage?
Yes we always combine items together. For multiple purchase shipping charges are stated on the listing under the Postage section at the top of the listing. You can select the Details option and this will show the postage price for the item. We will combine all items you buy into combined postage. Shipping calculations should be automatic once you go to pay for your items but sometimes eBay does not work properly. If you feel your combined postage is not right, then do not pay for your items, but ask for an invoice and then you can be sure you have paid the right amount. Postage refunds will not be made after you have paid as we dispatch and may not notice that your postage charge was incorrect.
When will my parcel dispatched?
We dispatch all of our orders within 1-2 business days from cleared payment. Orders placed on Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will be processed for delivery on Monday and Tuesday in the order of when payment was made.
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
We will send confirmation of dispatch to you once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be added to your ebay record, so please go into your Purchase History section of Buying to see the transaction and associated tracking number. You can click on the tracking number and it will link straight through to the courier, and all details of where you parcel is currently are shown. If your parcel is awaiting collection from a post office, because you were not in when the delivery attempt was made, then please make arrangements as soon as possible to collect it, as failing to do so will result in the parcel being returned back to us, and we will have to make another recharge for postage, even if your item was posted to you with free postage.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
For Standard delivery, once we have dispatched your parcel, delivery usually takes between 1 and 5 business days to metro areas, whilst remote areas may take a few more days. For Express delivery, once we have dispatched your parcel, delivery is usually 1 business day for metro areas in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA and 2 business days for WA, NT and TAS, 2-4 business days for remote areas in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA and 4-6 business days for remote areas in WA, NT and TAS.
I need my parcel quickly as it's for a special occasion or gift?
We suggest that you select Express Post for your parcel to ensure fast and guaranteed delivery. We can not be held responsible for late parcels if you needed them to arrive quickly.
My parcel has not arrived, what should I do?
We post your parcel out within a timely manner and expect our courier to delivery within the stated times. However, sometimes the courier can experience high volumes at peak times or may have have problems with a particular delivery run. Please check the dispatch date located on your ebay record within your Purchase History section of Buying and also click on the tracking number to locate where the parcel is. If it has been more than 14 days since we dispatched your parcel and your tracking is not showing where the parcel is then please contact us for a status update. Please do remember that delivery is via a third party courier and is not any reflection of our service to you.
Returns & Exchanges
I am unhappy with my item, can I send it back for a refund?
Whilst we want you to be happy with any item you purchase from us, we appreciate that sometimes you may feel unhappy with your item, so we offer a 30 day return or exchange for your item. Items must be returned in the same original condition that they were sent out in, and must not be worn or used. If your item came in outer packaging this must be returned also.
Who pays for return postage?
The customer pays for any return postage, unless we have sent you the wrong product or you have received a faulty item. In either of these cases, please contact our Customer Services team through eBay messages to be guided through the process for return.
Why should I leave feedback?
We value all of our customer feedback. In the event that you have a problem with an item you purchased from us then please do contact us before leaving feedback, so that you give us a chance to resolve any issues you have with your purchase. We are dedicated to making our customers happy and want you to leave great feedback with every purchase you make from us, so that other customers know we value each and every one of our customers.
How should I rate you on the stars in the feedback?
We want you to leave 5 star feedback every time as we value each and every purchase you make from us. The feedback ratings in eBay also include a 5 star system for four areas of service that we provided for you in your purchase from us.
Item as Described
We describe each and every item as accurately as possible and also include photographs of each item so that you know what you are ordering. If you have received an item that you think may have been described incorrectly then please do contact us, before leaving feedback, so that we can resolve your problem for you.
We keep you updated of how we are dealing with your order from the moment you purchase to the time we dispatch your parcel. You will receive messages from us when you have purchased your item, paid for your item and when your order has been dispatched. Any tracking details will be added to your eBay record for you to follow throughout the delivery process to you.
We usually send all parcels out within 1-2 business days from the date of payment. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your item will be posted out either Monday or Tuesday, provided they are business days and not public holidays. When leaving your star rating for dispatch time please do remember that it is the time we took to send out your parcel and not the time the parcel takes to get to you. We rely on Australia Post to deliver your parcel promptly but sometimes they do have delivery issues and delays, and this should not be reflected as part of our service to you.
Postage & Handling Charges
Most of our items include free postage as we want to make purchasing from us easy and cost effective for you. However, in some cases, we make a small charge for postage to allow you to make multiple purchases from us and make better savings overall. If you are not happy with any postage and handling charge then it is best you do not purchase the item, than complaining about the postage costs at a later date. We do offer combined postage but items must be paid for in one payment, please ask for an invoice to avoid separate postage charges.
How do I contact you?
We prefer to be contacted through eBay messages, and usually respond within 24 hours, except for weekends where we will reply to you on Monday.
