Return policy If you receive a damaged or faulty item then we must be informed within 7 days of receipt and the item must be returned complete to us in original packaging before any replacement or refund can be considered. If an item does not comply with a listing, due to an error or a change in specification we will replace the item or refund you in full once the item has been returned to us, again we must be informed within 7 days of receipt. If the item is as described and you have decided that you do not want it we will refund you for the item but not the postage charges. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item. We must be notified within 7 working days of delivery. Items must be returned with the original packing and in good condition to be acceptable for return. We will not accept returns of units that have been opened, Parts missing, wiring altered or damaged in the event of an accident. If in doubt, please contact us before buying. We do not offer returns on auction items. Items are guaranteed for 12 months* and if the item develops a fault we will at our discretion repair or replace the faulty part/complete item if deemed necessary.*(Except Bulbs which are considered consumable and therefore guaranteed for 6 months from purchase) If an item develops a fault during the warranty period then it must be returned to us before any replacement or repair can be considered and is at our discretion.
