BEFORE you confirm your purchase please ensure you have a valid means of payment, once you confirm purchase we request you pay within 3 working Days. If no payment or contact from yourself after that we will raise a dispute with EBay, re-list the item and leave you negative feedback.

If you confirm to buy an item and it is on the weekend or public holiday it will be dispatched within the next 3 working days on our return back to work.

Shipping:

We aim to dispatch all items within 3 working days. Please be aware that once we have dispatched it to our courier they may then take up to another 3 working days to deliver it. So please give us at least 7 working days for delivery before contacting us. However please contact us 1^st BEFORE leaving any negative feedback whatsoever, as we can always contact the courier and find out when it’s being delivered.

Before buying a Laptop Battery:

If any laptop batteries are listed as compatible they are for guidance purposes only, and we take no responsibility of mistakes made. You are responsible for the research of the correct battery for your laptop, so please don’t rely on our information. You should seek advice from a reputable retailer on Laptops or IT equipment, or even try the manufacturer’s website for correct or compatible batteries.

Please also note that for the same make and model of laptop batteries shape and size may differ as per the capacity (6 cell, 9 cell, 12 cells etc…).Please carefully compare the images of the battery with your own battery, BEFORE you bid/buy our item, as mistakes made by yourself will not be replaced or refunded.

As with all of our batteries they are tested on our battery tester and come with a test certificate. We cannot guarantee a 100% charge as we haven't got the time to wait for our batteries to charge fully, however they will keep a charge for at least 30 mins if not a lot longer in most cases. Any problems with the battery, we offer a 7 days return back to base policy

All our Laptop Batteries are security coded for our records and in case of wrong batteries being sent back to us.

As with regards to batteries that are said not to be working and they get back to us in satisfactory working order, we WILL issue a refund MINUS the P&P and negative feedback will be posted.

Discounts for multiple purchases:

In order to get discounts for multiple purchases it will have to be stated on the listing,

If it is listed you will have to purchase all items in the same transaction in order to receive your discount. Separate orders going to the same address will not be counted as a multiple purchase.

When multiple purchases are made, please be aware you may not always get all of your items at the same time, please be patient and if you need to get in touch with us, please do so BEFORE you leave any Negative feedback.

Any problems, we will do our utmost to sort it out before any negative feedback is left either end. So please contact us with any query or question and we will do our best to answer it to the best of our knowledge.

If you contact us with a question we will do our very best to answer it the same day, as long as its not or a weekend or public holiday. However, please be aware we can get very busy so please be patient and give us at least 2 working days to respond. Warranty:

We offer a 30 day refund in the unlikely event of mechanical failure with our (R.T.B) Return To Base policy, but not on mobile units, i.e. Laptop batteries, keyboards etc…
