A 15% re-stocking and re-shipment fee applies!Product(s) MUST be returned in NEW condition with the original un-damaged packaging (including all contents) in order to qualify for a exchange. Please DO NOT use the shoe box as the actual shipping carton (example: taping the shoe box closed and affixing the mailing label directly to the shoe box). This will damage the packaging and will result in a $20.00 replacement shoe box fee. Items with a "Replacement Box Fee" will be assessed prior to any exchange.
Note: No returns will be accepted with out an RA (Return Authorization) number. To receive an RA, please click on contact buyer and explain what item you are wanting to exchange. An RA will then be sent back to you that must be noted on the box in order for the return to be processed.
