DELIVERY OPTIONS
We have two ways of delivering your bed:-
The first option delivery to your required room, installation and assembly by an independent installation company. This will take approx 1 to 2 weeks, if you would like to take advantage of this service, there will be an additional charge of 65.00
The second option will be a doorstep delivery direct from the manufacturer in 2 to 3 business days to mainland England or Wales - other areas could take slightly longer, (please contact us for details). This option requires light assembly.
(Please note more than 8 out of 10 people take a doorstep delivery as it is VERY SIMPLE to install yourselves - Please feel free to call or message us for details)

By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out within this website. All our terms are subject to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. eBedz may, at its discretion, change, modify, add or remove these terms and conditions at ant time and therefore it is important to read these each time you place an order. Product pictures: All product pictures are for illustration only. Please read the accompanying descriptions of the product for further details. Delivery: When you receive your order please make sure that you inspect your goods carefully before signing. Make sure the packaging is in good condition. If the product looks damaged in any way please sign for it, but write the word DAMAGED on the signature note and inform us immediately. If your order has been damaged in transit, signing for it damaged will help us greatly expedite replacement parts or items.
If, by mistake, we have under priced a product, we will not be liable to supply that product to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the product to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the product at that price. If you decide not to order the product, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that product.
Returns
Returns Policy: Faulty goods: if you receive a faulty product, please report it in writing or by email within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the manufacturer to rectify the problem. A full refund or exchange will be offered subject to inspection and report from the manufacturer and free collection/exchange will be arranged. Unwanted goods: If you would like to return non-faulty goods you must give written notice to us by letter or e-mail, no later than 14 days from delivery, giving details of the item ordered, order number and (where appropriate) the delivery address. Notification by phone is not acceptable. You must not use the item and keep it wrapped, in a re saleable, sanitary condition. We will refund all monies paid to us after you have returned the item. You are responsible for the return cost. Returns of made to order are not accepted unless found to be faulty. If the items ordered by you are not available or discontinued and we are unable to deliver them to you within 60 days (or any other time limit agreed by the parties), we shall inform you of this; and either offer you an alternative or cancel the contract; and reimburse any sums paid by you (or which has been paid on the Buyer's behalf) under the Contract to the person by whom payment was made no later than 30 days after the due date for delivery of the Goods under the Contract. In most circumstances if a product is faulty or damaged in transit, we will allow you to use/treat as your own until a replacement is delivered. Refunds will be made once we are in receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
