ALL returns are at the purchaser’s expense, whether the purchaser is a consumer or a business. Damaged or faulty goods will be inspected upon return to us, and compensation for return costs refunded if goods are found to be damaged/faulty. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of suspected damaged/faulty items so that we can issue a returns number in order for you to send the item back, and for us to identify it upon arrival. Goods returned without a returns number may take longer to process. EXCEPTIONS: BESPOKE GOODS: Items which are personalised or made to order cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacture defect or production error under UK DSR legislation. SOFTWARE: In accordance with DSR, returns are only accepted if the software is returned within 7 days after the date of receipt with seals unbroken and COA unused/unregistered where applicable. All software is security sealed upon despatch and once the software package has been opened and seal broken, the right of return expires. If, in the unlikely event that a supplied software disk is found to be faulty after the seals have been broken, please contact us detailing the problem, and we will provide new media. Please be aware that the original COA issued with the original disk is still valid, and CANNOT be replaced. If you change your mind about a purchase and require a refund, please contact us for a returns number within 7 working days after the day of receipt, and return the goods with the original, undamaged packaging to the address given on your returns number email. Goods should be returned within 7 days after receiving your returns number and reasonable care must be taken of the goods meanwhile. BUSINESS SALES: For goods supplied to businesses (ordered in the business name and/or requiring an itemised VAT invoice for goods) DSR does not apply and returns/refunds will be at the discretion of OEMworld.
