All items come with Buy It Love It’s 28-day warranty unless advertised otherwise. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available.
If the item is faulty, dead on arrival (DOA) then we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period and must be reported within 5 days from delivered date
If in the event that a replacement is not available then we will we issue you with a full refund (including outgoing shipping).
Specific terms are:
For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 28 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with your eBay item number & user name. Failure to include this information will cause a delay in the resolution of any returns.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage.
We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. Responsibility for the successful return of an item lies solely in the returnees hands.
Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
For items purchased in error the following appies: Items must be returned in the same condition as received within 7 days of receipt. A refund for the item only will be issued (postage costs willnot be refunded). This is in line with the DSR - Distant Selling Regulation.
