Midwinter - Caprice - Twin Handled Soup Bowl & Saucer
Fantastic retro soup bowls and saucers from Midwinter in the collectable Caprice pattern. These are all in first class condition. The bowls are 4 5/8 inches in diameter at the rim and they stand 2 1/4 inches high. The saucers are just under 7 inches in diameter. All are stamped on the base witht he Midwinter Stonehenge stamp.
Please note that the price quoted is for one bowl. I have several available. Please select how many you require when making your purchase. Please note that you should wait for the invoice before paying as the actual postage costs for the UK may be considerably less than the price automatically calculated by ebay.
UK postage costs are as follows:
1 bowl and saucer - £4.50
2 bowls and saucers - £5.70
3 - 5 bowls and saucers - £8.95
6 bowls and saucers - £11.50
If this is a multi-item listing and you are interested in buying more than one piece, please note the postage price quoted in the listing description is the correct UK Postage price and not the price per ‘each additional item’ as stated in the postage options description. This is often incorrect. There will always be postage discounts if you buy more than one item. For multi-item listings, please do not pay until you have received an invoice.
Please Note – UK Bidders – Payment accepted by cheque or Paypal. I will send on receipt of cheque without waiting for it to clear but this is dependent on the value and buyer’s feedback rating, and is at my discretion. As I can normally only post on Saturdays, payments received by Friday evening will mean your item will be posted on Saturday, otherwise your item will be posted the following Saturday. Paypal is accepted from overseas bidders.
Please remember to check out my ebay shop where I may have several more items in this range for sale at very reasonable ‘Buy It Now’ prices.
I sell a variety of different items so please check out my other items! and I offer POSTAGE DISCOUNTS for multiple purchases.
International bidders – please note this auction is in Great British Pounds (£). Also, postage costs quoted are for posting within the UK. Please wait for invoice before sending payment. Thank you. I strongly advise against opting for surface mail or any uninsured shipping options. I will quote you a variety of shipping options but if an uninsured parcel does not arrive, I cannot be held responsible. Please note that International Economy shipping, which is the cheapest option for sending parcels weighing over 2kg overseas, cannot be insured.
Packaging – For your peace of mind, I take pride in packaging all my items (especially ceramics and other breakables) extremely well, as there is nothing worse than looking forward to a sought after item arriving and finding it in pieces in the box. I use big bubble, bubble wrap for nearly every item I send and will use as much as is required to ensure a safe journey to you. My postage costs reflect the amount of packaging materials used. The comments made in my feedback reflect the care I take with this.
Please be aware that for UK sellers, 1st class postage now covers items for loss and for damage up to £32. Heavier packages will be sent through the Standard Parcels service. Disappointing as they are, I cannot be held responsible for any breakages in the post. I will provide proof of posting for anyone seeking to make a claim.
I can normally only post on Saturdays. I am sorry about this but it is almost always impossible for me to get to the Post Office during the week.
Please see my ‘About Me’ page for all terms and conditions of sales. This can be accessed from the ‘me’ icon beside my feedback score.
