Q - I notice there is a £10.00 surcharge for non mainland delivery, do I still have to pay this fee for "free delivery" items? A - Unfortunately for all medium and large items, you will need to pay courier surcharge for "free delivery" items. If you purchase multiple items, you will only need to pay the fee once. You will need to notify us that you have bought additional items and you would like us to send them together. You will need to notify us immediately after purchase so we can make arrangements to do so.
Q - Can I have my item delivered to my work or any other address? A - We can only deliver goods to the registered credit or debit card holders address or address registered with PayPal and no other address.
Q - How quickly does my item take to arrive? A - We try to dispatch all Small & Medium sized items out within 3 working days, this is usually within 24 hours not including Sat, Sun & public holidays.
