We operate our returns policy with the following terms:
•If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact me to arrange a return and refund if applicable.
•As shipping costs are not retrievable, I am unable to refund shipping costs unless the goods were defective. We will however give due consideration to a full refund including your postage should it just be a clothing size issue. Items should be returned to us using the Royal Mail standard parcels service, second class. We are unable to refund additional postage costs incurred for such things as 1st class, next day delivery, signed for etc.
The refund amount for a non defective item originally sent POSTAGE FREE shall be the cost of the item MINUS the cost you incur in returning the item OR Royal Mail standard parcels fee for the item ( whichever is lowes ).
