When returning a faulty item you must contact us to advise you are intending to return the faulty item. use the link on the item listing or email. We can only refund your return postage if the item is returned within 7 DAYS of receipt and only if the item proves FAULTY when tested by our team. Return postage and replacements cannot be refunded on items which are not proved faulty.
