Service.

I aim to offer a first class service and competitive price to all customers, goods ordered by 2pm will usually be posted the same day, goods ordered after 2pm will be posted the next day (Monday-Friday) I do not post on Saturdays. All items listed are instock ready for dispatch. All items are well packed to prevent damage during shipping.

Questions will normally be responded to during normal UK office hours Monday-Friday and within 24 hours at weekends

Model Scales

1/18^th scale models are approx 25cm (10 inches) long.

1/43^rd scale models are approx 10cm (4 inches) long.

1/12^th scale models (Motorbikes) are approx 15cm (7 inches) long.

Payment

For speed of processing your order I prefer to accept payment only by Paypal however if you are a UK buyer I will accept payment by UK Postal Order, Please ask for details via the Contact the Seller tab above.

Postage

UK Buyers.

The item will be sent by 2nd Class Recorded Delivery.

International buyers -Europe, USA, Canada & Australia

Single 1/43^rd scale & 1/12^th scale models and will be sent by Airmail without tracking.

All other orders will be sent Airmail ‘International Signed For’ which provides signed for delivery and insurance.

International buyers -All Other Countries Outside Europe

All packages will be sent Airmail ‘International Signed For’ which provides signed for delivery and insurance.

Postage charges rise steeply for packages over 2 kilos therefore 1/18th scale model cars will always be sent as separate packages.
