All our prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. We aim to dispatch within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds, although this is not a guaranteed. Orders received before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day, but sometimes it is just not possible and it will be dispatched the following day.
We only despatch items Monday – Friday, items purchased after 3pm on Friday or on Saturday / Sunday / Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
We are happy to combine postage where possible to reduce costs. If we cannot fulfil you order, we will advise you and offer an alternative product where possible. If an alternative is not available or not acceptable, a full refund will be given immediately. Upon receipt of your goods, we would ask that you leave feedback to confirm that you are happy with your purchase. If you have any problems or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us, before you consider leaving negative feedback. We pride ourselves on our honest and reliable service – most problems are easily solved and we will do our utmost to find a solution suitable both parties.
Delivery, Postage & Packing
WE DO NOT PROFIT FROM POSTAGE & CARRIAGE CHARGES
Our charges are clearly listed against each item we sell – We are happy to combine postage where possible – If you purchase more than one item, please wait for a revised invoice to be sent to you before paying. Goods are shipped using a next day courier service (this will require someone to sign for the item at time of delivery), Royal Mail or our own delivery vans. Prices quoted for the Next day courier service DO NOT include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands or any UK off-shore Islands. Goods shipped to these destinations will be via Royal Mail, if weight and size permits – A courier service for heavy items, is available to these areas but is more expensive than the standard rates – please contact us for prices. Postage prices include any packaging costs and VAT where applicable. We offer a van delivery service within our local area and parts of Shropshire, Wolverhampton & Mid Wale – please contact us for details. Goods are available for collection if required.
PayPal - the quickest and safest form of payment.
Credit Card - Purchase in the usual way, then either ring the number above or email a contact number for us to call you.
Cheque - made payable to MDA Bitec – goods will not be dispatched until cheque has cleared – please allow 5 working days.

The distance selling regulations state that as the buyer you have the right change your mind and return the goods any that you no longer require, goods must be returned within seven days (not including weekends or bank holidays) starting the day after you received the item. If an item is no longer required, we will accept it back as long as it is returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
Any costs / postage charges incurred for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer, and it is advisable to use a signed for / tracked service.
All our items are new unless otherwise stated and as such are covered by a 1 year warranty. Please contact us if you have any problems or concerns regarding an item you have purchased.
Occasionally items do get damaged on their way to the customer, if this happens please contact us and we will do all we can to rectify the problem, as quickly as possible.
