How do I open the disc?
Answer
Simply place the disc in between the palms of your hands and twist it a few degrees to open. Full fitting
instructions can be found inside the disc.Please note, the allen-key heads are for display purposes only.

How do the discs attach to the windscreen?
Answer
Please make sure your windscreen is squeaky clean before applying the disc. Adhesive sticky pads are provided
with the disc. You will find full fitting instructions are inside the disc upon receipt

How are the discs packaged?
Answer
Discs come in a protective sleeve, and are not retail packed.

Can you engrave in different colours?
Answer
No, the engraved area will always we a silver/white colour. We use a YAG laser-engraving system which simply removes
the surface anodising from the disc. Whatever colour disc we engrave on, the engraved area will always be silver/white.

Are these images actual photos of the discs?
Answer
Some images used may be mock-ups. Actual item may have slight variance.

I want to pay but dont have a Paypal account. Can you take payment over the phone?
Answer
At the current time we can only accept payment through Paypal. If you want to pay using a major credit or debit

How long will my item take to arrive?

This item is available for Fast Dispatch and we normally dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the very same day. Although 99% of our items arrive within 48 hours, we're aware that sometimes your items may go missing via Royal Mail, which we have no control over. Royal Mail wait 15 working days to declare a package lost, we will send you a replacement if you haven't received it after 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK or 40 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world.
