Please note . We used an unbleached cotton to make this wick, we decided to use this as it uses no bleach to turn the cotton pure white. The cotton colour is a very light beige and not pure white. We prefer this in our own candles and are pleased to know we are not using any polluting chemicals in the manufacture of this product.

Braided on our own machinery in the UK. Candle diameters quoted are from our own tests with Paraffin wax.

Please ensure you test the wick on a sample of wax you are using before doing a production run

However sometimes we miss small defects, or the item may be damaged in transit. If this is not the case, please email me stating the item name and when purchased. We will contact you normally within 48 hours of this email. Out of all the items we have posted over the last few years that have been classed as Not Delivered, the majority are actually sat in the Local Sorting Office, where the postman has tried to deliver, but has not left a card to say so, So in the first instance, Please Check With Your Local Sorting Office. We will make a claim on your behalf with Royal Mail, but we cannot make this claim if you do not advise us about Non Receipt. Please ensure you contact us within the 14 day period, as we cannot track your item after that, and therefore will be unable to help. RETURNS All our items are checked before packaging, but should there be any damage in transit, or the item is not as described, we will gladly accept returns. Again, please contact us immediately outlining the problem with the item, and we will advise the best way to continue, which will normally be to return the item via Recorded Delivery to ensure we receive it.
