Mixmag Live - Volume 17 - Nick Warren & Dimitri

EVENT: Mixmag Live Vol 17 - Future Sound of Europe -  selling off my collection after house move

DATE & LOCATION: 1996

FORMAT: Single CD - 2 x mixes - original shop purchases - not illegal copies - good condition

DJ's: Nick Warren & Dimitri

(please note that I list the DJ's as listed on the box - in the event that any DJ's or MC's are missing from the tapes I will to the best of my ability list the correct DJ's and MC's - however this is the responsibility of the promoter who made the tapes)

ITEM RATINGS: Box and cd's in good condition - no apparent problems with the CD sound quality - however as these are live CD's the sound quality can vary - I can't be held responsible for this - all items are as sold by promoters

PAYMENT: Is required within five working days - if not paying by paypal please complete the checkout process so that I know how you are paying - I do not hesitate in initating paypal claims when payment is not received.

CD DETAILS: All cd's are correct to the box and are originals - no copies.CD are in good condition - no damage to CD's - as they are second hand there may be some small scratches but all CD's are checked to ensure playback is not damaged. CD's were put onto I-pod so used less than 2-3 times in most cirucmstances, so condition very good unless stated.

BOX & INLAY: - Box and inlay in good condition - no structural damage to the box and the inlay is complete unless stated

POST: I am normally able to post items on the following days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturdays. All items are posted within five working days. However i do often work 45 hours per week and this does take priority - in the rare event there is any delay I will let you know - please see my feedback to see that I normally despatch items promptly. All items are sent in jiffy bags for their protection. I will offer discounts for multiple purchases - please wait to be invoiced and I will put the reduction on.

QUESTIONS: - Again I work normal work hours but will reply to all questions every day typically after 7pm.

CHEQUE PAYMENTS: Please note all cheques have to clear before I post the item - please allow five working days for clearance. Similarly I will not post items paid for by e-cheque until paypal notifies me the item has cleared.

DEFINITION OF USED CONDITION: Please note none of my items are new - they are all second hand from my personal collection - please be aware that these tapes have been listened to - some more than others. Some tapes are up to 15 years old so the sound quality may not be as good as new. Please be aware that a lot of these tapes were recorded in the 90's - please do not expect CD quality sound.If there is any damage to the item, any poor sound quality or if the writing has faded from the tapes I will do my best to list this - please see my feedback for proof that I am a trusted seller. For CD's I do not sell CD's with significant stratches - there may be some samll stracthes from normal use, but all cd's are tested for playback. Most CD's listened to less than 3-4 times so in very good condition

RETURNS: I will not sell anything that I would not want to receive. However there remains a small minority of buyers on e-bay who continue to abuse my trust. Typically this buyers on receipt of the item find some problem that did not exist when the item was posted and wish to return the item. However on receipt it becomes clear that the tapes/cd's have been listened to and almost certainly coverted to mp3. Therefore I no loger accept returns. All items are sold in an as seen condition.

REFUNDS: All items are sent recorded delivery - therefore I can ensure that each buyer receives their item - in the very few circumstances that there is a problem and the item is not received I will make a claim with the post office and once I have received this I will refund the amount to you. Similarly if the item is damaged in transit I cannot be held responsible - you will need to make a claim with the post office.
