Why buy an iBathUK mixer shower?
All of our mixers feature a ¾” inlet making the mixer suitable for use with lower pressure water systems (i.e. tank in the attic systems) and are perfectly suitable for UK homes.
Our mixers have mounting brackets so they can be fitted to either exterior or interior walls and also feature extra long thread which allows the mixer to be fitted over plaster boards and tiles.
Our manufacturer tests the brass to ensure it features a 59 – 62% copper. The higher the brass content the better rust resistance. Similar mixers on the market only feature 55 - 58% copper, and simply wont last as long.
We use CNC Machinery to cut all of the threads on our mixers to ensure 100% accuracy, creating a tighter fit which eliminates leaks.
The brass in our mixers is hand polished to create a great smooth surface that makes it easier for the chrome to bond.
Our mixers have a highly reflective mirror finish, which is achieved by chrome plating our mixers to a thickness of 40 microns. You can test the quality of chrome by placing your finger on the chrome - finger prints will soon disappear on high quality chrome.
We air pressure test our mixers before they are chrome plated, and water pressure test them before they are packaged to make sure there will be no faults with your mixer. As a result of this there may be some water still inside your mixer when you receive it.

1) What if I want next day delivery for my courier item?

We offer free 48 hour courier delivery on all of our items to mainland UK. We offer Next Day/24 Hour Delivery at an additional charge of £8.95.

Delivery to English Island, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland incur an additional postage charge of £9.95 for standard 48 hour courier delivery or an additional £14.95 for Next Day/24 hour delivery. Post codes affected by this are below:

2) How will my item be delivered and how long will it take?
- This item is despatched from our warehouse and is delivered to you by courier. If the order is placed before 2pm Monday-Friday, the orders are despatched the same working day. All orders placed after this time, over the weekend and bank holidays are despatched the next working day.
- Please be aware that if you order after 2pm, your order will be dispatched tomorrow instead of today. This may add another day on to the estimated delivery time as given by eBay.
3) Can I change my delivery address?
- Unfortunately, we can only despatch goods to the address registered with your Paypal account. Due to Paypal policy we can not change the address once payment has been received. Please ensure that you update your address details prior to ordering.
4) Will I need to sign for my delivery?
- All courier deliveries require a signature, please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your delivery at the address provided to us by Paypal at the time of placing your order..
5) What happens if I miss my delivery?
- In the unfortunate circumstances that you miss the courier's delivery attempt, you will have a card posted to let you know that delivery has been attempted. The card will contain information regarding contacting the courier to arrange redelivery or a depot collection. The courier will attempt delivery twice, after the second attempt the courier will hold your goods for 5 working days, if you fail to contact the courier within that time your goods will be returned to us.
- When parcels are returned to us undelivered, we are charged £20 by our courier. This charge will be passed on to you or deducted from any refund requested.
6) What happens if my item arrives damaged?
- As with any other company who ships items by courier, we do occasionally experience breakages or damages which has occurred during transit. Currently breakages happens to under 1% of our shipped items.
We continuously update and improve our packaging to avoid breakages, but we are unfortunately not able to avoid some things being damaged during transport.
- It is very important that you check your goods upon arrival. If any of your items are damaged, please make a note of this with the delivery company. Please take a clear photograph of the outer packaging and of the actual damage to the item received and email this to us with a description of the damage to: sales.ibath@googlemail.com with your contact details, eBay username and a contact phone number.
- We will then arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible and we will contact you using the details provided to confirm what has been arranged and when to expect your replacement.
Alternatively you can call us on 02476 389 051 to log your damaged item, and we will then guide you through sending the photographs and information.
Please be assured that we will always replace goods that has been damaged during transport if reported to us within 7 days and the goods have been signed for as damaged.

2) How do I return the goods if I’m not happy with them?

Returning the goods couldn’t be easier. Please call us on 02476 389051 or eBay message us to discuss the terms of the return and we will message you a returns form for inclusion in the returning package. For more information, please refer to our Customer Service and After-Sales page here.
3) How long have I got to return an unwanted item?

7 working day to let us know about the return in writing (emails are fine) and then another 14 days to get the item back to us via trackable, recorded, insured delivery.
4) Do I need to pay for the item to be returned to you?

Yes, any unwanted items must be returned to us at the customer’s expense and via a trackable, insured courier. On their safe, undamaged return we will then refund you the original cost of the item including the original delivery cost.
5) When will I receive my refund?

Providing the items have been returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging, all refunds are processed within 31 days, though we work hard to get your refund processed within 5 working days. Please note that all refunds are debited from our account immediately but can still take up to 5 working days to show up in your account due to bank clearing processes.
6) If I agree to a discount to keep the item, am I still covered by the guarantee?

2. How the Contract Is Formed Between You and Us
2.1 When we list Products on our eBay Outlet we are making an offer to sell those items to you. When you click on the Buy it Now button or place the highest bid on a Product you accept our offer and create a binding legal contract between us.
2.2 The Contract will relate only to the Product covered in a single listing. Where you place the highest bid or click on the Buy it Now button on more than one listing, a separate contract will be formed between us in respect of each listing.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted in the listing. Product prices include VAT.
3.2 We accept payment by Paypal, credit or debit card, cheque or postal order. Payment must be made within 5 days of the auction ending or your making a purchase by clicking on Buy it Now.
4. Delivery
4.1 Once we have received payment for the Product from you in cleared funds we will dispatch your Product to arrive in accordance with the delivery estimate stated in the individual listing unless we notify you otherwise.
4.2 The locations to which we will deliver a Product along with the delivery services offered and estimated delivery times are as specified in individual listings. 4.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made appropriate arrangements to accept delivery and, where necessary, to transport the Product from the kerbside into your property. If you fail to accept delivery and the Product is returned to us you will be responsible for any return charges imposed by the courier.
4.4 If you order Products for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. 5. Cancellation and Returns
What to do if you change your mind
5.1 If you change your mind about a purchase made through our eBay Outlet, you may cancel the contract at any time beginning on the date on which the contract between us is formed and ending seven working days after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy (set out in clause 6 below).
5.2 To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Products to us as soon as reasonably practicable (no more than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel the contract) and at your own cost. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
5.3 If you change your mind before the Product has been delivered to you, please contact us straightaway and, if possible, we will cancel delivery. Please note that because of our fast delivery times this is not always possible. If we are unable to cancel a delivery and you refuse to accept delivery please note that a charge will be imposed by our courier for the return of the items to us and, because you are responsible for bearing the cost of returning an unwanted item to us, this cost will be deducted from your refund. 5.4 You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any Product which has already been used or damaged or where the packaging or seal has been broken or removed.
What to do if receive a damaged of faulty product
5.5 We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our eBay Outlet will, on delivery and (save for the bulbs in our LED shower heads) for a further period of 10 years from the date of delivery (warranty period) conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
5.6 If you do not believe that the Product that you have received meets our warranty please contact us as soon as possible and provide us with full details of how you consider the Product to be damaged or faulty. If necessary we may ask you to provide us with photographs to demonstrate this or to return the product to us in order that we may examine it. We will need to know whether the packaging that the Product arrived in was also damaged to enable us to make a claim against our courier if the Product has been damaged in transit. If we are able to do so, we will repair a damaged or faulty Product. If we cannot do so we will refund the cost of the Product to you in accordance with our refunds policy (set out in clause 6).
6. Our Refunds Policy
6.1 If you return a Product to us:
(a) because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period (see clause 5.1 above), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
(b) because you consider that the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
6.2 We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
7. Our Liability
7.1 Subject to clause 7.3, if we fail to comply with these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of the Products.

(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
(d) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
(e) any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
