The courier will ask you so sign that the goods are "Received in good condition". If the box or packaging looks damaged in any way please check good before signing paperwork. If the Box is damaged then sign for it as damaged .

If you are not entirely satisfied REFUSE DELIVERY!!

We are not covered by the insurance against any damage in transit if the paperwork has been signed as received in good condition.

ANY Damaged or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery in order for us to follow the couriers insurance claim procedure.

If a Product is damaged We will need Photographs of the damaged box or product emailed to sales@Flatpackoffice.co.uk within the 24 hours of delivery. So we can sort out a replacement product or issue a full refund.
