We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Transtools 14 Day Returns Policy
You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, however, this does not apply to certain items, ie. perishable or personalised goods (please check with our Customer Service department before return).
Our customer service department must be advised within 14 days of your receipt of the goods if you wish to return them. We will not accept goods for return that have been used and expect goods to be returned in the same condition as prior to purchase.Goods must be returned immediately after notification at your own expense.
