We ship from our silver workshop in Bali usually within 24 business hours.

Standard shipping is by International Registered Airmail Post which includes tracking and takes about 3-4 weeks for a package to arrive from Bali usually.

If you want to pay extra for faster shipping by EMS International Express Post, it takes an estimated 5-7 working days to arrive and costs $20 (US mainland and Australia) and $23 (Canada and Europe) for up to 100 gms.

International postage is expensive from Indonesia. We do not make a profit on the shipping charges. The cost includes postage and packaging and includes insurance.

We offer discounted combined shipping for items that are paid for in the ONE Paypal payment. The shipping charge for extra items is $1.75. Combined shipping is limited to items bought over a maximum period of one week. Where possible, as a pre Christmas bonus, combined shipments of over $75 will be sent by EMS expedited post even though you chose standard shipping. Please ensure that you send us a contact phone number to help with delivery. Delivery times over Christmas are sure to be longer than the estimates above. Please note that buyers are responsible if there are any customs duties to be paid.

We have been exporting all over the world since 1992, firstly handmade pineapple leaf paper products, and later handmade silver jewelry such as hand carved bone goddess pendants and spirit animal totems.

Over many years, we have trained thousands of village people to enable them to support their families. Our products are made according to Fair Trade guidelines.

Our staff are mostly village people who speak several languages but have little English. The owner of this site (who is also the designer) answers all emails. Sometimes due to the number of emails, and the time difference (up to 15 hours) between Bali and the USA and Europe, answers may not be on the same day. I do my best but we are not usually able to answer emails on Sundays. Please resend if you are concerned as sometimes Ebay emails are lost in the system.
