Steps for requesting a refund:

1. Return the merchandise within a 30 days time frame, any item sent and stamped at the Post Office after the 30-day period will be refused. Please e-mail Red Frog when returning the item so we are aware of it.  
2. Contact Red Frog to obtain a returns number, items will not be accepted without one. Write the returns number on the outside of the package.
3. Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition in which the item was received, with the tags and stickers still attached. Removal of tags and stickers with invalidate our returns policy. 
4. Insure the package and have a tracking number or proof of postage for it. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
5. Goods returned damaged for a refund will be rejected but an exchange will be considered dependent on circumstances.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NON PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Be aware that when we apply to Ebay for a credit in advertising costs on non paid accounts, the buyer will automatically receive a strike from Ebay. This will usually preclude them from bidding on most sellers’ items that place blocks on customers with strikes. As a responsible member of the ebay community we will always take this course of action to alert other sellers to members who do not fulfill the contract to buy. It would be preferable that bids are not placed if there is no intention of concluding the sale.
