Invoices will be sent with a link to pay through eBay, please follow the link on the invoice to make payment.

All items must be paid for within 4 days.
If no payment is received within 4 days an unpaid item dispute will be opened automatically and eBay may issue a strike on the buyer who does not honour their obligation to pay.
Items will only be dispatched once payments are cleared.
Items are dispatched daily from our warehouse, if payment is received before 2pm your item will be shipped that day. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday. (Weekend orders will be dispatched on a Monday)Royal mail

We are able to ship anywhere in the world by courier, if you require an item urgently please contact us with the destination postcode and full address for an accurate courier cost. The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in the website.
We try to ensure that all the prices shown on this website are accurate. However, occasionally products are mispriced.
Where a product's correct price is lower than the stated price we may issue a refund for the difference and dispatch the order in the usual way.
Where a product's correct price is higher than the stated price we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order.

Cancelling an order:
You may cancel your order with us at any time prior to the dispatch of your items.
To cancel your order you must notify us by email, or by phone 01625 400 107 (leaving a voice mail is not considered notification of cancellation)
Please note: Items can be dispatched up to 7 hours prior to a dispatch notification being sent. If you request a cancellation in this 7 hour window and your item has already been dispatched you can refuse to accept the package from the courier and it will be returned directly to us at no extra cost or inconvenience to yourself, this only applies to UK residents.
If your goods were dispatched before you cancelled the order then you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk in the original packaging and condition. Our returns address is:

Please pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of the packing note included in the package we sent to you and a brief note of the reason for return.
You may return an item to us at any time prior to 7 days of receiving the item.
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.
If your goods were dispatched before you cancel the order then you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk in the original packaging and condition.

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged
. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please ask the courier to return it to us. Contact us as soon as possible and will do our best to provide a replacement as quickly as we can.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty
we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.

, firstly we do apologise, unfortunately we are all human and mistakes do happen, please could you email a picture of the item you receive and contact us, we shall endeavor to get the correct item to you asap.
