Learning the news on their wedding day of all days that they were about to be made redundant from their current employment, it was time for Pete and Jen to take decisive action! TeamWilkoGoingGlobal was born!

After a few sleepless nights and lots of brews later, our young thriving company opened it’s doors in October 2010 and since day one we have been working non stop to provide an outstanding buying experience to our customers. Our aim is to give a service to each of our customers that we would be happy to receive ourselves, and through a dedicated customer service team, a fast dispatching orders department and a genuine desire to stand above the rest we believe we are able to achieve this every time.

Payment must be received within 3 days of the auction ending. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction then relist the item if payment has not been received within this time frame. You can pay for your items using Paypal through Ebay's checkout system; you do not have to have a Paypal account to use their service to pay for your items. Paypal will allow you to use their service free of charge as a guest.

We do accept other forms of payments such as Cheques and Postal Orders.
Cheques take at least 10-14 days to process and crossed postal orders can take between 7 - 10 days to process.  Therefore your items will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

UK deliveries are sent by free 1st class delivery unless otherwise stated in the listing, upgrades are available and vary from listing to listing so please see the postage details for the item in question.

Overseas postage charges vary from country to country and will depend on the item weight and value. Please see the items postage details for more info on postage charges for you country.

We always try to combine postage on multiple item orders, so if you wish to take advantage of combined purchase shipping, please do not pay for any items until all the auctions have ended.

Postage upgrades are available and will be shown on the listing postage details. If you are in particular need of the item ie for a gift please select the express postage option for the items you are purchasing. This is the only way we can get the items to you any quicker.

All items are sent fully sealed and in protective packaging. Most items we sell are free postage but unfortunately for some items we do have to charge postage. We do not profit from the postage we have to charge. We do not charge extra for postage and packaging then what it costs us to pack it and send it to you. The only way we can reduce the postage is if you take advantage of combined purchase shipping and pay for all your items together once all the auctions have ended.

We always keep proof of postage and will provide tracking numbers where appropriate

Please allow reasonable delivery time for your items to arrive before contacting us.

Sometimes deliveries will be delayed; this should only happen if there has been a postal strike or bad weather condition. Also we do not post on Bank holidays.

We will do our best to ensure that each order is shipped in the time listed. However, shipping and handling can take longer in some instances, therefore we will not issue refunds based solely on a longer than expected delivery date.

We do everything possible to package our products properly and safely to help avoid shipping damage; however, shipping damage is still a possibility.

7 days money back – No Quibbles
* Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge we have incurred in getting the item to you.

So if you are unhappy with your purchase you have 7 days from the date you received it to let us know. Please email customerservice@teamwilkogoingglobal.comif you are unhappy with your purchase before leaving feedback.

It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and wrap them safely preferably in their original packaging.

Refunds take 7-10 days to process. We need to inspect for visible box / package damage and test the item for faults.  If there is any damage please describe it in writing and include this with the returned parcel.

Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, excludes weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. 

All returns require a return authorization code which can be requested via email to customerservice@teamwilkogoingglobal.com.
