Motorhome Fiat Ducato 2.8TDI 5 berth Rapido 773f low profile low mileage

Le Randonner by Rapido built on a Fiat Ducato chassis with a 2.8TDI diesel engine.

A coach built low profile Motorhome, being low profile means it is far more fuel efficient and with the 2.8 engine you won’t be holding anyone up! It cruises nicely and, incredibly steadily at the legal limit.

This is our third Motorhome and by far the best, the French think of everything, including a nice French stick bread holder and of course the obligatory wine rack.

We are very reluctantly selling her, an old advertising cliche I am sure you will agree but we are genuine on this.  We have owned the Rapido for 3 years, in that time our business has become a limited company and our free time has been severely shortened. This year after having her Mot,d Taxed and a full brake service, we have managed one trip to the British F1 grand Prix and there are no more windows for use this year, last year was similar.

For this season we have also had both the main vehicle battery and the leisure battery replaced, the Rapido is dry stored in a barn with no power, the cold weather killed the batteries.  Along with the standard Rapido charging and 240v system there is an additional high energy discharge system which basically instantly charges the leisure battery on engine start up. Also as part of the winter pack there is a supplemental heater which heats the motor home from engine heat (without the engine running) should you stop for a spot of lunch or something on a trans continental trip.

All the upholstery is in very good and clean order, the fixed rear bed is a proper mattress , with a sprung frame and large storage underneath.
