1. General

1.1  We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. 2.3 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

2.4 We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records.

3. Delivery

3.1 This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. Certain postcodes and regions are subject to a surcharge and will be liable for this amount at checkout. These areas include but are not limited to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isles of Man, Scilly and the Shetlands.

3.2 We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. ElectroTycoon shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

3.3 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

3.4 Where an item is not ‘called for’ the buyer will be liable for any subsequent re delivery costs.

4. Payment

4.1 We take payment from your account at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your account details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

4.2 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception: a) While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

4.3 Property in goods ordered through our online channels will pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full.

4.4 All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

5.1 Sales are covered by a 7 day cooling off period under the DSR (Distant Selling Regulations).

5.2 We will not be responsible for your return costs. We may, at our discretion decide to reimburse your return costs.

5.3 Where an item is proven faulty or is not as described , we will try our best to provide a suitable alternative or else refund the monies paid.

6. Feedback and Disputes

6.1 If any issue is experienced, as a buyer it is your duty to make as aware and give us a reasonable time to conduct an investigation and propose an amicable solution, before a) either feedback is left or b) any case is opened via the ebay resolution centre. Any feedback left  or case opened without such steps will be in breach of the terms of sale.

7. Trade sales

7.1 If a buyer purchases any products for the purpose of resale, the sale will be considered to be a trade sale. As such goods any goods sold are to be sold on an ‘as is’ basis without warranty. Their will be a presumption against the buyer where the buyer purchases multiple items.
