-Your responsibility as Customer is to ensure that you send the device to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery
which covers up to £500 in postage service and it uses express too. Please note we also use the same postage Method
(Royal Mail Special Delivery which covers up to £500) so you can be assured that your device is covered too.
-We aim to fix every single device to the best of our ability. But, if a device can not be repaired by us, then we
will not charge any fee except for the return postage when we send the device back to you. The refund will be done
ASAP through eBay so you know it is a safe and friendly way.
-If you cannot see your device in the supported models list, please contact us via eBay messaging service so we can
assist you while getting back to you ASAP.
-We do answer every eBay message we receive ASAP but please wait for a replies as we aim to reply within 24 hours.
-Guarantee- there is 1 month guarantee with all repairs which will start as soon as you receive the device after it
is repaired. Please note that we will put a warranty sticker in place and if this is removed, the warranty will be
null and void. Note that any accidental damage will not be covered.
