Bear Grylls is the most underrated national treasure in my opinion. Everything he says, writes or does is captivating. This is first autobiography is a treat for those of us who are fans and eye-opening for those who have never followed or watched his film milieu.

I recieved this book as a christmas present and started reading straight away. The short chapers and the way it is written means you can read the book almost anywhere. If you are like myself and always want to reach the end of a chapter before you put the book down. A very intresting read into the life of a man that alot of people watch on TV.
