We post all items by Royal mail 2nd class within the UK
unless specified which takes 4-6 working days but could take up to 15 working days to arrive.
If the item has still not arrived within 15 workings days please contact us so we track the parcel.
However, most items have a 1st class option when you go though the checkout procedure.
Proof of postage is always obtained.
Where an item is lost in the post we will replace the item
free of charge once the maximum delivery time has passed (see above).
We will then claim for compensation from Royal Mail or the
relevant courier so your co-operation may be required.
For International postage, we use International small
packet or International singed for service according to the order, please
allow up to 25 days for delivery.
Most of our international parcels are received within one to two weeks.
We combine postage for more than 1 item purchased.
No need to contact us to request combined postage.
We post items Monday - Friday, We do not post on Weekends.
Wrong Delivery Address
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your
goods are signed for by another party, we cannot be held responsible for any loss
you incur as a result. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before purchasing!!

we can and understand that on occasion you might need to return
Please note we can only accept a return if the item is in
its original packaging and with all the components.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase you can return the product to us within 7 days of delivery.
On receiving the item, we will endeavour to process all refunds within 5 working days.
How to return an item
Please follow the instructions below to raise a returns request.
- Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
- Click Won.
- Next to your listing, select return this item from the pull-down menu.
- Select "I want to return an item" and click Continue.
- The "Return an item" form appears.
- Review the next page and click Request return.
- We will review the request and provide return address.
- You can prepare postage right away and click Continue.
- Post the item to the seller.
Securely repackage your item, including your purchase details and place a return address label on the parcel. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded service to
return the item as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage.
Your return details should include:
your name, address & telephone number, date of purchase & order number, reason for return/exchange
If returning an item for exchange, also include:
your replacement colour, print or product details.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
If the product you receive is not suitable or you have
changed your mind about the product please let us know as soon as
