Here at Simplybaby we understand that delivery can be a very confusing part of your buying experience, not to mention costly. That’s why everything we sell is delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses.
We aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you within 24hrs upon receipt and authorization of your payment. However if you pay by cheque/postal order, please bear in mind it can take a few days for the post to reach us, also allowing for weekends and Bank Holidays.
All our shipments for items over packet size delivered to Mainland UK addresses are sent out using DHL and a tracking IDs will be issued to you on despatch. For packet size and below sized items we like to pass on cost savings to you and so send these items out using Royal Mail 2nd class packet post which usually takes approximately 2-3days.
Shipments to Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland and Eire can take an extra day or two & also incur extra charges at £15 per box due to the additional logistics involved. If your delivery address is in Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland or Eire please do not pay immediately when you have won an item; this will allow us to send an invoice via EBay to request the additional shipping charge so that you can pay for the item and shipping surcharge via EBay in one easy transaction.
We regularly ship into most European countries, usually taking a minimum of 4 days on average. There is a surcharge for shipping into Europe which you can see under the shipping charges, but this is simply to cover the extra cost of shipping overseas. All items will be given a tracking ID which will be passed onto you when we despatch your item. We use DPD who specialise in international logistics so you can buy with confidence.
Goods will be dispatched to the postal address you have given in your order. Please note we will not dispatch to PO Box addresses. We will make all the necessary arrangements for dispatching and delivering the goods to you. Should there be no-one at the address to take delivery, our courier will usually leave a card giving full instructions for you to re-arrange a more convenient time of delivery.

- Postal Orders - Make postal orders payable to Rebo UK lTD
- Credit/Debit Card - Call 01743 453 942 and quote your item number.
If you wish to pay via cheque/postal order please contact us for our postal address on 01743 453 942 and quote your item number and user ID.
Cancellation - If for any reason, you want to cancel your order with us, you are able to do so at anytime before the goods are dispatched by e-mailing us at the following address: email@example.com Once you have received the goods you will be able to return them to us at your own cost, unused, within 7 working days from the date the goods are delivered to you. When we receive the returned goods, we shall refund any sum back onto your credit/debit card as soon as possible, provided that the goods have been returned to us in the same condition that they were delivered to you, unless any damage was reported as faulty and damaged goods.
Faulty and Damaged Goods - In the unusual event that you should receive goods from us that are damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org All damaged goods or defective goods need to be returned in their original packaging to our address (38C Vanguard Way Battlefield, Shrewsbury, SY1 3TG) so please open and inspect the goods carefully before throwing any packaging away!
