Sorry, we do not offer a personal collection of goods under any circumstances.
We try and ensure that our postage and packaging charges are fair and can be seen by the customer in advance. We do not seek to profit unfairly by increasing these charges, and the price will reflect the carriage charges, materials used and a nominal contribution to the employment of the person packing the items.
Get It Fast
For many items we now offer a 'Get It Fast' UK option using Royal Mail's Special Delivery. If you can't see that option available then please check with us before making the purchase.
We always endeavour to dispatch on the same working day if cleared payment is received before 12:00 UK time, working days are Monday to Friday - we do not dispatch at weekends or on UK Bank Holidays. The carriers estimated delivery times are exactly that - they are not guarantees, they can be affected by such things as extreme weather, industrial action or seasonal workloads. We can use a guaranteed delivery service within the UK for most items and this can be quoted for upon request if not already included in the listing. For our regular services the following estimated delivery periods start from the day after the item is dispatched:

Europe 4-7 working days

Tracking your Package
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail (Standard, Recorded or Special Delivery), or larger items/parcels may be sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Please note that with the exception of Special Delivery, the Royal Mail Postal Service does not offer detailed package tracking at this time. Please allow up to 10 working days for you delivery in the UK, 20 working days worldwide.
Many items feared missing are often being held by the carrier following a failed delivery attempt. Although they are instructed to leave a card advising of this fact, this is not always the case and the cards can easily be discarded along with unwanted marketing mail. Please check with your local delivery office (not UK Post Office) to see i they are holding any items of mail for you.
Unfortunately items do sometimes go missing in the postal system. The carrier has posted the following timescales before they can accept an item is lost. We will be unable to refund or resend an item until this time period has elapsed:
UK 15 working days
Worldwide 25 working days
Where an item is accepted as lost in the post and a regular (ie not Recorded/Signed For) service was chosen by the customer, then we will refund the customer rather than resend the item. If the customer does require a redelivery attempt then we will levy a redelivery charge .
In the case of a missing item and a subsequent claim against the carrier (by ourselves) it is normal for the carrier to contact the intended recipient for information and confirmation regarding the item and to help guard against fraudulent claims.
The UK Distance Selling Laws differ between auctions and fixed price items.
Although we make every effort to ensure that the item is correct and not faulty in any way before dispatch, on rare occasions there may be a problem with your item such as: -
Item is not the one featured in the listing or is significantly not as described
The item is faulty
Fixed Price Items (Buy It Now)
Additionally, for a fixed price item, you are entitled to return it for whatever reason provided that it is reported within 7 days of receipt and must be unused, unaltered, undamaged (including the manufacturers packaging and contents) and complete (all tags, labels etc.).

The eBay item number of the item as bought.
The reason for requesting a return
We will then issue a return address which will include a returns authorisation number. For exchange items a redelivery charge will be levied equivalent to the original p&p charge. This is usually invoiced via Paypal and no exchange goods will be dispatched until this charge has been paid.
For refunds, please note that any postage charges are not refundable
Please note that the customer is liable for the cost of returns and is always responsible for ensuring the items safe undamaged return. We will refuse a return, or at our discretion levy a charge, if the item is damaged, incomplete or no longer in the condition that it was supplied in. We always recommend as a minimum that a certificate of posting is obtained free of charge from a UK Post Office at the time of posting, but it should be noted that this has an insurance limit of 100 times the current cost of a 1st class stamp and it is the sender who has to claim against Royal Mail if the item is lost.
For items returned that do not meet the criteria specified here, a redelivery charge may be levied and the item will be resent to the customer.
Any refunds processed will be subject to the satisfactory completion of a sales cancellation agreement within eBay, which will be initiated by ourselves when the item has been received back and the customer has complied with the conditions above.

Once your item has arrived and you are happy with it, we'll be happy to receive your feedback. We endeavour to read them all on a regular basis, and very much appreciate the comments that our customers make about us.
As much as we would prefer to leave every buyer an individual comment, it just is not practicable with our current workload and thus we have found it necessary to make use of eBay's system to leave feedback automatically as soon as it is left for us by buyers.
