Little Waves Toy Shop is a family run business that believes in giving you the customer an exciting choice of toys and games along with the very best customer service. We offer a wide range of toys and games for all ages, from traditional wooden toys to modern play sets. All our toys and games will keep you and your family entertained and smiling for many hours!

Payment

We accept the following payment methods.

Please ensure payments are made within three days. Goods will only be despatched once we have received cleared funds. Please allow up to five working days for cheques to clear.
Buyers who fail to complete checkout will be reported to eBay.

Postage + Packing

We want you to receive your toys and games in perfect condition, therefore items are well packaged and bubble wrapped if need be. All our toys and games listed are held in stock and are ready to be dispatched. Items purchased before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent that day. After 2pm, purchases will be sent the following day. Weekend purchases will be sent on Monday. Please note, posting may be delayed if purchased during bank and public holidays.

Our preferred choice is Royal Mail for sending our products, however we may from time to time use a courier. We will always look to use the most cost effective way to post our products and will advise you prior to sending if a courier is to be used. To keep costs as low as we can for you we will combine postage costs where possible. Please contact us prior to purchase or alternatively send us a message after and we will confirm the combined cost for postage. We may include Royal Mails Signed For service at our own discretion on some orders for peace of mind. Some listings include this service, however we will advise you if this service is not advertised on a listing and is to be applied. Please note that the postage costs advertised are for mainland UK only.

Postage: Although delivery of items should be within a matter of days (depending on location), Royal Mail will not consider an item missing until 15 working days have passed for the UK, 20 working days for countries in the European Union and 25 working days for the rest of the World. We can not consider an item as lost until the appropriate timescale has passed. If this does happen, we may require your assistance in completing the relevant claim forms.
