Our current method of delivery is through our preferred courier, however on few occassions we may use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For Service where a tracking number will be provided once the item(s) has been despatched. Items can be traced via the courier or Royal Mail website which ever one is used.
Orders made BEFORE 15:00 GMT will be processed and despatched the same day.
Orders made AFTER 15:00 GMT will be process ready for despatch on the following day (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays). Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery (unless unforeseeable circumstance occurs which is out of our control).
Our courier (not applicable when Royal Mail is used) will send you an e-mail (normally the following morning) to confirm the tracking details of the item and also the approximate time for your delivery so it is important that you check your e-mail inbox.
