It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipient is unavailable to accept a delivery. You can then call them to arrange re-delivery or pick-up, if you do not know the location or contact number for your local Royal Mail sorting office contact us and we will try to find out for you. If your purchase is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. We can then re-send the item to you, however we would require you to repay the original postage cost. We can also give you a refund minus the original postage costs.
