After 7 days return shipping costs are only refunded when a product is returned via our returns policy for exchange.
Please note that a return to base warranty requires the customer to return and collect the item in case of failure at their expense.
Software & Consumables once opened cannot be returned for refund under any circumstance and systems returned for refund will have the software costs deducted as I am sure you understand.
Any item returned for refund we class as an unwanted item therefore our shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
All our products are sold with a return to base warranty therefore return postage is only paid when the item is faulty on arrival and this must be confirmed in writting before returning the item. For our accounting please prvide a postage receipt.
