If, by mistake, you order the wrong product, you can exchange it at an additional cost of shipping charges and listing fee. If you receive a screen which is not compatible to the one you placed an order for, you have the liberty to call for a replacement within 7 days from the date of receipt by requesting an RMA number.( ITEM NO ) The screen should be returned in the original condition and any scratches on the screen surface may result in a fee of £25. Warranty, is void if the original serial numbers / labels are removed or do not match with those of the Item originally shipped. |
