LAPTOPS & LARGER ITEMS : These items are shipped on a tracked insured service unless otherwise stated.
EU DESTINATIONS : All small parts are sent with Royal Mail International Sign For to ensure full tracking.
For larger items, shipping rates vary for non-local EU destinations, and we reserve the right to pass any additional shipping costs on to the buyer prior to despatching goods.
Items are dispatched within 1 working day.
Delivery to CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS ONLY. Buyers submitting payment without a confirmed paypal shipping address may be refunded.

GENERAL TERMS
• All items* are despatched within 1 working day from receipt of cleared payment - with most items shipping the next working day.
• Courier items are shipped on a NEXT WORKING DAY service.
• Failed delivery attempts will be carded, and shown on the courier tracking page.
You must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection.
• Any orders shipped standard 1st class with royal mail do not have tracking. If a delivery is attempted by Royal Mail and a card is left, it is upto the buyer to re-arrange delivery or collect from Royal Mail. Subsequent returns to us will be be re-charged postage.
• Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery.
• You will receive a despatch notification when your order ships and full tracking information will be provided for courier deliveries only.
• We do not offer a collection service for ebay items.

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel
You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date the day after delivery to your address.
Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund.
Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.
A full refund of the order total will be processed.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Sorry, but audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed are excluded from this policy.
Faulty products – After 7 days
In the event of a fault developing after 7 days of purchase, an item repair will be carried out only if the fault is deemed to be a genuine product fault. This will not apply to items damaged by the customer or items damaged in transit. Return carriage will be at the customer’s expense.
Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to notify us that your item has developed a fault.

Should an item become faulty after 7 days of purchase but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair or a partial cost of item refund, after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.

An advisor will reply detailing the appropriate process to resolve your issue.
Incorrect Orders/Substitutes
In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or a substituted item, please accept our apologies.
Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund.
Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt we will process a full refund.
We recommend that you re-purchase your item from our Shop under a separate transaction.
General Terms:
If the return is for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded once the reported fault is confirmed.
For all returns, please include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), your order number, email address, phone number and your eBay user name.
Please print and enclose a copy of your original Paypal transaction.
Please allow up to 7 working days to test and process all non PC returns, up to 14 days for PC and laptop returns by our returns agent, and up to 28 working days for completion of any repairs.
If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.
Should you wish for a replacement item, we recommend that you purchase this from our Shop under a separate transaction.
