Good basic controller with USB and Midi connectors. No knobs sticking up so it can be tucked under another keyboard. I use it for bass when on stage and it is fun to tinker with either programs or midi boxes. One minor drawback is the action. It works ok, but is springy and is hinged too close to the finger point. It takes a bit of getting used to for a seasoned player. The cost of the unit is very reasonable, but it does not come with an AC adapter. You need get a power adapter if you are using it with midi equipment.

One of the few 25-key controllers that has a "legacy" DIN port and USB. It also follows the design logic of printing the most common functions right on the top panel and allowing for most settings to be quickly input using the keys instead of software commands or separate controls. Key action is reasonably firm for a spring-loaded action, responds well to dynamics. I find this design to be the easiest to work with, but this is an individual preference. it is also one of the more compact designs which I find best for fitting next to modules and other equipment, doesn't need a big footprint.I see nothing frail or easy to break on this one, and it has very solid pitch bend and mod wheels. Definitely a keeper.

I bought this to use as a controller for my DIY synthesizer project. It works flawlessly as a MIDI controller and also through USB to my computer. I'm happy I made this purchase.
