UK Deliveries

We generally use Royal mail or DPD to deliver these shoes. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.

Combined Postage within the UK.

We never knowingly charge more than appropriate for combined shipping. Our absolute maximum price for combined shipping is £6.99 for up to 10 pairs!

We find that due to the complex nature of ebay, we cannot set our settings to automatically combine shipping when you buy two completely different items. If you email us after purchasing two pairs together, we can easily refund any overpayment, or you can commit to buy, then await for us to re-invoice at a combined rate before you pay.

We reserve the right to ship via Parcelforce's excellent  24 hour service, if that works out cheaper per kg.

Once posted we will send you a dispatch email informing you that your goods were sent that day. After you receive that email, delivery is in progress, and you should expect delivery within 48 hours. If your shoes do not arrive within 48 hours of your 'dispatched' email arriving then please get in touch and we will  send you the tracking number. You can then quote this number to Royal mail when making enquiries. Please note Royal mail first class recorded is 'Normally' next day, but they do not guarantee it, and they are only tracked once a delivery attmpt has been made. 

If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office, where you can collect it via the card thru the letter box. In the highly unlikely event that you do not receive your goods a full refund or an exchange will be given within 14 days.

International Deliveries

We use various Royal Mail services, which are all insured. We are happy to combine postage at the cheapest price possible, please email for a price for two or more pairs to your choice of country. It may be that due to the complex nature of ebay, you may have to wait for a revised invoice before paying for your items.
