These are black pvc coated for long lasting protection and come with a 3 year Manufacturer's warranty

The Autoplus A415 unassembled roof box features a larger than average 430Ltr capacity and is UV stabilised to prevent the colour from fading. This roof box is made from a high density polyethylene, which is both lightweight and robust. This A415 Roof Box also features an aerodynamic design that minimises wind resistance and noise level. Includes a fitting kit for attachment to any standard bars upto 72mm. Comes with 2 seperate identical locks & 4 keys for security and has a 50kg maximum load capacity. Approximate dimensions are 1300mm long x 1000mm wide x 438mm high (At highest point) Please note this box comes unassembled and requires only a small degree of DIY knowledge to assemble. There are 3 sets of pre-drilled holes in each corner of the base and these will fit most bar settings however in the event of the holes not alighning simply drill an additional hole where required.

This roofbox comes unassembled and requires a short period of time to assemble. If collecting we can assemble this and fit it to your existing roof bars for a small additional charge however we will require a few hours notice to prepare it for your collection.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery it to UK Mainland Only including Scottish Highlands

Once you have made payment please contact us and advise us of a suitable weekday (Mon-Fri) that you want delivery. A specific time can not be given and this is an all day delivery window and can arrive any time between 8.00am - 7.00pm. A responsible adult will need to be at the delivery address and a signiture will be required. The driver will not leave the item unless it has been signed for. Due to the nature of this product it is essential someone is at the premises to take delivery as the courier will charge for a second delivery.

After this has left our business premises we will send you a dispatch notification which will contain the tracking information. Please visit the couriers website on the morning of your expected delivery to ensure your parcel has been put onto the delivery van. This way it could save you a wasted day. Any doubt please contact us and we will establish this for you

It is essential the goods are inspected for damage before signing for it. It will take no more than a minute to open the box and check the contents for damage. You are signing not only to accept the delivery but also acknowledging you have recieved it undamaged. Once a signiture has been obtained the courier will not accept any claims for damage in transit.

This is in a very large box and therefore the courier may require assistance. Delivery is only to the door of the premises. The courier will not take this up flights of stairs therefore we will not send to flats unless you agree to meet the driver downstairs to take delivery.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind we accept returns for non fault related items up to 14 days from date of receipt. Items must be in as new condition and complete with all packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Cardboard boxes recieved back in poor condition will result in a £5 charge to cover the cost of a new cardboard box. Any Refund will be less any return charges less original delivery charge

The warranty on this product shall only apply to faults that arise from inferior workmanship or materials. It does not cover faults or damage caused by accident, misuse, fair wear and tear, neglect, tampering with the product or repair other than by an authorized dealer. The warranty on this product will be deemed invalid if any security seals have been tampered with as a result of unauthorized inspection.

This product is intended for private domestic use only. The warranty will not apply if the product is used in the course of a business, trade or profession.

In the unlikely event that this product develops a fault within the first 28 days of the purchase invoice date, the product will be replaced totally free of charge. When the goods are supplied with a Manufacturers guarantee after the first 28 days the purchaser will be bound under the terms of the Manufacturers guarantee. Any costs incurred by the customer under the terms of the Manufacturers guarantee is not the responsibility of Richmond home and Leisure Ltd.

Return to base warranties (RTB) are applicable to the same Terms & Conditions as above whereby within the first 28 days of the purchase invoice date if the product develops a fault it will be replaced totally free of charge including all postage charges. After the first 28 days should a problem occur the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item for repair or replacement. The item will be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer and return costs will be paid by Richmond Home and Leisure Ltd.

Important: The customer is responsible for retaining all packaging materials. We will refuse to handle any items unless the product is in its original packaging that it was supplied in. Items received either incorrectly packaged or without original packaging and are damaged in transit as a result will not be covered under these Terms & Conditions, it is the customers responsibility to ensure any item returned is packaged in accordance with couriers conditions of sending. Any item received damaged will be refused and returned back to the customer.

Where a Manufacturers guarantee is supplied, it is the customers responsibility to ensure they register the product within the defined period outlined on the registration documents provided. If the Manufacturer insists on a faulty product be returned to the supplier (us) any costs incurred in returning the product is the responsibility of the customer and will not be undertaken by Richmond Home and Leisure Ltd.

Returns are accepted by us within 14 days of the purchase invoice date for reasons not associated with faults, however any returns will be at the customers expense and any refund given will be less original shipping fees and any costs incurred which usually amount to a  20% re-booking fee. Any refund will only be authorized after the goods have been inspected and verified against internal coding.

Items collected from us in Wolverhampton are subject of the above Terms & Conditions, however the cost of returning any item will be the responsibility of the customer. 

The warranty period of any purchase will not be extended in the event of any repair being carried out to a product or the item being replaced. The warranty is valid from the purchase invoice date for the time specified and under no circumstances will it be extended. Any extension of warranty taken out by the customer with the manufacturer is not covered by our Terms & Conditions and any repair required under the extended warranty is not undertaken by Richmond Home and Leisure Ltd.

The purchase invoice is proof of your purchase and must be retained in case of a claim arising within the warranty period. No claims will be accepted without a purchase invoice number. Ebay reference numbers and dates are not acceptable. Richmond Home and LTD can only recognize and trace the purchase invoice number. A duplicate invoice can not be supplied.

All purchase invoices include VAT in the total price of the goods, if the purchaser requires a detailed invoice showing the VAT separately  then this can be done via email upon request.

The warranty is not transferable and is only applicable to the person on the purchase invoice and invoice address.

The warranty is given as an additional benefit to your statutory rights and does not affect these rights in any way.
