We accept Credit/Debit card Payments by phone or paypal, paypal payments,cheques and postal orders.
For Cheques and E-cheques please allow upto 7 WORKING days for payment to clear before your order is dispatched.
PAYPAL ONLY for Europe and Worldwide buyers, we cannot accept postal orders or cheques from customers outside of the UK
Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days of cleared payment.
For Signed For delivery services (not standard 1st class post,Airmail) these services will require a signature and if no one is at home a card should be left so you can re arrange a delivery.

If you require Royal Mail Special Delivery next day please let us know so we can let you know the cost for your item(s) and add it to your invoice.
We do combine postage for multiple purchases,please choose the "request a total from seller" option,or please wait for an invoice to be adjusted so we can combined postage.
Please note the P&P/Delivery Cost is NOT just the charge for the stamp value but includes and pays towards the cost of the internal and outside packaging, stamp cost & VAT (as shown on your invoice). Please be mindful of this when leaving feedback. We keep our P&P costs as low and as competitive as possible and transparent in what the cost is for.
- . RETURNS
Should you wish to return your item for any reason, we offer a 14 Day no quibble return policy. Simply follow the below and we will action your return upon receipt.
- Items must be returned within 14 days for a refund and MUST be returned with a returns slip found on the bottom of your invoice. Returns are not accepted without it. Returns received after 14 days will only be exchanged or a credit note offered.
- Items must be returned with all original tags and in original packaging unworn and undamaged. Please do not remove any tags or remove original packaging unless intending to keep the garment.Please exercise care when trying on items particularly footwear.
- Please note we do not refund postage costs, the buyer is responsible for postal costs when retuning the items back to us. Unless returned within 7 days of receipt where a full refund will be given in line with the Distance Selling Regulations Act.
- Refunds will be paid in the manner to which the order was paid by. EG if paid by cheque you will be refunded by cheque.
- If exchanging an item we must receive your original order back first, or alternatively if needed in a hurry a new order will be advisable. Please contact us first to ensure that we have the item you require.
2. LOST ITEMS
Royal Mail items are only deemed lost after 15 working days for UK after posting and 28 days for all other countries. If your item does not arrive within these timescales please contact us to let us know.
