Please contact us in case of any problems or issues on receipt of your item. Kindly enable us to rectify any problems with your order before you leave any negative feedback.
Return an Item:
For the refund to take place kindly note the item should not be worn or used and must be in original packing.
You need to send the item back to the address mentioned on the return slip. Just fill in the slip which was sent along with your item and post the item and send it back to us on:

On the slip state the reason for return.
We usually advice our customers to send items back through Recorded/ tracked delivery via Royal Mail or any delivery service that can be tracked, because items that are not received by us cannot be refunded.
Once we get the item back only then we can refund you within 3 working days. Once refunded you will be notified via message.
Please note we do not offer postage refunds, if you wish to return the item for a refund because you don’t like the item or have changed your mind.
Postage Costs for Returns:
Return postage costs are buyer's responsibility and cannot be reimbursed.
Got a faulty item delivered to you, by us?
We do take quality matters quite seriously and would like to investigate and discuss with our supplier and factory. kindly send us the faulty item back.
We will be happy to exchange you for another item. We will cover your postage charges for sending us the article back as well as the return postage.
Do you offer exchanges? What is the procedure for exchanging?
Yes we can offer you an exchange if you want to change the size or colour.

Do you do combined postage?
Yes! We do combined postage, all you need to do is add all the items to the basket first and then check out at once.
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
We use Interlink Express next day tracked service for Main land UK.
For places such as Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Western Isle, Channel islands, Highlands, Argyll & Bute, Shetland island, Orkney Island, Northern Ireland we use Royal Mail Signed for service, which takes roughly three to five working days.
For international orders we use Royal Mail International Signed for service, their target time is three to five working days for delivery to Western Europe, five to seven working days to Eastern Europe and seven to ten working days for the rest of the world. Eg. USA
Please Note: We use Royal Mail first class International signed for recorded delivery. We can not guarantee you a specific date but only give you the time guidelines from Royal Mail. However this time period is just a rough estimate, and we don't have any control over the delay that might happen due to the customs or your local courier service.
