What Happens if I do not like what I have bought? How do I return faulty or incorrect items ? Our apologies if you have received an item that is incorrect or faulty. If you have received faulty or incorrect goods, you are of course entitled to a full refund / replacement plus your original postage costs if applicable. Items which are sent via our courier need to be signed for upon receipt by the buyer. Please ensure that the packaging is not damaged prior to signing the delivery receipt, as our insurance is invalidated if goods are signed for in perfect order when they are actually damaged.
