We are pleased to offer a no quibble return policy for items sold to UK purchasers and sent to a UK address if you cancel the purchase within 7 working days of receiving your purchase and return the item without delay. All items must be fully insured by you as items which do not arrive or are damaged will not be refunded. You would need to make a claim against the postal operator. Once we receive the item, we will refund you immediately. The refund will include any initial postage and packing costs paid by you. It excludes your return postage, insurance and packaging costs. All items must be returned in perfect, unused condition in suitable packaging with original tags intact and all original internal packaging.
