In our experience, most warranty work requires simple adjustments or battery replacement. Watch Galore reserves the right to replace or repair the watch at our discretion. Water damage or damage due to neglect or misuse is not covered by any manufacturer or by Watch Galore. Water damage normally happens when the crown is not screwed down correctly or is accidentally opened. Buyers should always double check the crown before entering the water. Only the internal mechanical parts (meaning the movement) are covered by this warranty. The clasp, bracelet and crystal are not covered.
