Obviously, since I've taken the time to carefully remove the old Intel heatpad and fitted a fresh Shinetsu heatpad I will ensure that packaging is adequate to protect your purchase during transit!

Do you want to keep your Intel CPU warranty intact AND upgrade your cooling at the same time? Or just replace your noisy / non-working / sub-spec / over-spec* installation? Then this heatsink & fan is for you!

* Intel provide motherboard manufacturers with a maximum weight for the heatsink/fan. There are many aftermarket items that far exceed this maximum weight - potentially damaging to your motherboard. (Obviously, all genuine, original Intel heatsink/fan combo's weigh less than or equal to the maximum design weight.)

Details of this Intel heatsink ...

This heatsink has an aluminium core with multiple bifurcated aluminium radial fins to provide excellent cooling.

Standard 4-pin fan female connector (this can be used with a 3-pin connector (depends on the physical space around the motherboard connection).

The 12V fan operates at an average speed from 2,000 and 2,600rpm at idle depending on the exact model supplied. Like all newer Intel fans it will automatically adjust the fan speed to compensate for lower or higher heat output from the CPU.

This heatsink will cool single-core Intel P4 Socket T LGA775 processors from the base Celeron model right up to the Pentium 4 3.4ghz HT 550 / 550J. (For higher spec CPU’s please ask via Ebay’s “Ask seller a question” and I will reply as soon as I can.)
