RETURNS: Customers are advised to power up their mobile phone or item within 7 days to ensure everything is in working order. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to be repaired or exchanged. All returns must be in the same condition as dispatched including all packaging materials, all cords, cables, cartons and documentation MUST be included. It is the customer's responsibility for the safe returns of all goods. All items must be returned as they were received with the original packaging and full contents included, along with documentation and proof of purchase (photocopies accepted). Items returned in a worse condition than that described, damaged or missing packaging will incur charges to cover the cost of the items. You, the consumer, are responsible for all dispatch costs for returning items. REFUNDS: Central Mobile Distribution LTD reserve the right to refuse any refund if an inspection by an engineer indicates the handset or item was damaged after purchase. If an item is incomplete, not in the same condition and missing peripherals for example packaging, battery, charger, memory cards, manuals, cables etc as when supplied, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, or apply an additional charge to compensate. We will endeavour to process all authorised refunds within 7 working days. The funds will be credited to the same credit/debit card used at the time of purchase.
