Q. Do you offer UK Next Day delivery?
Yes. UK Next Day Delivery costs extra amount which will be paid by customer. All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
Please note that any UK Next Day Delivery orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
Note: it can be delivered on request before 11am on Saturday and buyer will pay the extra charges
Q. Can I change my order?
We will try our hardest to change your order, but cannot guarantee this. If it has been processed or already left the building, then we will not be able to.
Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
We ONLY accept payments through PayPal. We do not accept cheques, postal orders, cash payments or Bank Transfers. Please DO NOT sends cash in the post. All payment must be made within 7 days of purchase to avoid eBay opening an Unpaid Item Case.
Q. Do you deliver outside the UK?

Q. How long will it take for the parcel to reach me?
Please note that during busy periods these times may increase slightly. For UK customers if you require your parcel urgently we suggest using UK Next Day Delivery.

Q. I have not received my item?
UK - If your parcel has a tracking number, we will give it to you in eBay email on request. So you can track your parcel from there.
If your order didn’t have a tracking number or you haven’t been able to locate the parcel, please contact us via eBay. We may ask you to wait up to 15 working days from posting before we can declare it lost.
International – if you don’t receive your parcel within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via eBay. We may ask you to wait up to 20 working days from posting before we can declare it lost.
Q. What happens if my parcel is delivered when I am not at home?
If you are not at home when your parcel is being delivered, the courier driver will either:
Leave the parcel in a secure location, leave the parcel with a neighbour or take the parcel back with them. You will be left a card advising you of what has been done.
Q. Can my parcel be delivered on a Saturday?
Some parcels may be delivered on a Saturday, but we cannot arrange or guarantee this.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Q. What is your Returns Policy?
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date as long as the product is not worn/used and has all tags attached. Please Note: On the returned items the initial cost of postage & packaging will be paid by the customers. for this item it will be £2.00. Please note once we have received the return it can take up to 4 days to process.

Q. I would like to exchange my item?
If you would like to exchange your item we ask that you return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the items you would like. The FULL returns process can be found further below.
Q. What do I do if my order was faulty/damaged or incorrect?
We are very sorry for this, please send us a message via eBay and we will try to get this resolved as soon as possible. See Incorrect/Damaged/Faulty items below for more information.
TERMS OF SALE
Most of our items are shipped via Royal Mail first class normal delivery and some require a signature for delivery, but not all. You will receive your items within one to two days of dispatch. Items are not dispatched on the Weekend and Bank Holidays.
If your item has been sent Recorded Delivery it will need to be signed for, if you are unable to receive your delivery, you will be left a calling card. The calling card will provide you details of how you can arrange for your parcel to be redelivered. If you don’t arrange for it to be collected within seven working days, the parcel will be returned to us. We will then require you to pay the postage to re send the parcel.
If in the unusual circumstances your parcel can’t be located by Royal Mail, they do not declare it lost till after 15 working days. Only after this time period will we are able to refund you the cost of your item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please note that we do have the right to reject your return request if we believe that the product has been worn, misused or has exceeded the 14 day limit. Please note on the returned/ exchanged items the initial cost of the postage & packaging will be paid by the customers. For this item the postage cost is £2.00. The customer must cover the cost of returning the parcel to us. We suggest that all parcels are sent to us using 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. You will be given a tracking number by the post office, which you will need to ensure that the parcel has reached us safely. The parcel remains your responsibility until received by us.
Please note that it takes up to 4 working days to process a return so please bear that in mind with the time it will take to reach us. Once we process your return a refund will be issued directly into your PayPal account minus the original and returns postage charges.
If you would like to exchange your item we ask that you return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the items you would like. The item should be returned as laid out in the returns policy above.
We are happy to accept refunds within 14 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please note we will deduct initial postage costs from the actual price. The postage cost for this item is £2.00.
If we have by mistake sent you an incorrect/damaged/faulty item please accept our apologies. We will do our best to get the matter resolved as soon as possible. Please send us a message within 7 working days of ordering. We will then be able to rectify our mistake. We will either replace the item, subject to stock levels or refund your money. Please return the item to us as advised on the Returns Form. Initially you will need to pay the postage to send the parcel back to us. Once we receive the item, we will reimburse you for this charge. We are sorry but that is the only way of getting the parcel to us. We don’t have any way of collecting the parcel from you or providing a returns label.
